History

J. Thomas Bowen graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1971 and returned to his hometown to practice law. After being an associate and partner in a medium size law firm for several years, he went out on his own.

He presently serves on the Planning Commission for the City of Cottonwood Heights.
